FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long has this product been available?

Starting in 2011, our technology has been used by Water Service Companies around the globe for drinking water, cooling towers, pre- and post-harvest wash, the citrus industry, and more.  The Water Service Companies use the product as a part of their service and do not advertise it separately to sell.  That's why you've never heard of it before.

How does oxidation work better than toxicity?

The AOP process mimics nature by oxidizing pathogens...similar to ozone.  Toxicity uses poison to weaken and then kill pathogens with a caveat - it creates a new chemical known as DBPs (Disinfection By-Products).

MINLOX is 10 - 20x more effective than using toxic chemicals.  It also performs multiple functions simultaneously.  It makes toxic chemicals and ozone generation obsolete.

Does MINLOX really do multiple things at once?

Yes.  This technology is very similar to Ozone except that it comes in instant, liquid form.  Since consumers are moving away from using toxic chemicals more and more...MINLOX™ is the perfect replacement.  Here's a general look at what MINLOX can do:

  • Oxidation of organic and inorganic compounds
  • Destroy biofilm
  • Reduce BOD and COD levels.
  • Increase oxygen content in the water.
  • Odor and color removal resulted from bio-contaminants
  • Algae control
  • Replace ozonation and UV radiation in any system.
  • In existing UV systems it will increase in water clarity that will allow light to penetrate deeper and radiation will get further.
  • In existing ozonation systems it will reduce the demand of the generators and save money on electricity, extend the life of the equipment and provide residual activity.
  • Works in extreme heat such as West Texas desert
  • Works in extreme cold such as Canadian climate
  • Degrade emerging and recalcitrant contaminants, pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, detergent
  • Remove Legionella from distribution lines, premise plumbing, AC systems and cooling towers.
  • Nitrification aid and oxidation of ammonia.
  • Flocculation aid
  • Break down F.O.G.
  • Provide superior residual protection
  • Breaks down disinfection byproducts and does not create new DBPs.
  • Scale and corrosion control
  • C.I.P. in water wells, process lines, grounds.
  • Shelf-life of 6 months.  Liquid chlorine shelf-life is 3 months
  • Extremely powerful oxidant for treating water
  • Can replace the chemicals used in recreational waters as a standalone treatment.
  • Effective in aquaculture to oxidize organic matter, increase oxygen levels which improve the health of the fish and crustacean.
  • Used in aquariums and fish farms to enhance oxygen and eliminate pathogens
  • And much more

How much does MINLOX cost?

  • MINLOX is sold at $59.95 per gallon MSRP.
  • Distributor pricing is available along with other revenue-stream opportunities.  Distributor opportunities are available for existing Water Service Companies.  Inquire with the office to learn more on this.

What are the "Do's" and "Don'ts" of MINLOX?

  • Do - store in a dark, cool place...similar to liquid chlorine.
  • Do - agitate the water after applying it.
  • Do - use it as a concentrate or a diluted product, depending on the situation.
  • Don't - pour without some type of eye protection.
  • Don't - mix with acids or organic matter.  It will create a pungent gas that can be harmful.
  • Don't - use metal utensils/containers when working with MINLOX™ as it will oxidize.
